PRE-MEETING
ROUNDTABLE
(OPTIONAL*)

Roundtable Discussion -
Consumer Surveys
Led
by
Jerry
Goessel – Pennsylvania
Bring copies of your state’s survey instrument(s), and any data to
share with the group. Don’t
limit yourself to Adult Mental Health Consumer Satisfaction Surveys, though
… we’re aware of states that have piloted Family Satisfaction Surveys and
other survey types. We’ll
discuss the survey processes used by the various states, review the obstacles
and triumphs encountered along the way, and perhaps find some common ground
upon which to pursue a ONE-MHSIP state-by-state comparison of findings!
6:15
p.m. – ???? p.m.
Dinner on the town (optional)
*
Open to all those ONE-MHSIP meeting participants who arrive in town early
enough on Wednesday and who have an interest in the identified topic.
Come on time or arrive late – just join in!
